How many sessions will someone need?

 Usually it will take between (1 session is a good start ) 2 to 3 sessions to work through the presenting issue and may require 1 to 2 sessions to stabilise the changes,new beliefs and values.This is because the brain is very complex and sometimes we will clear one issue, which allows for the suppressed issue to pop up as your mind is now ready to deal with it. That is why sometime you will need more sessions to find that inner peace. Please call me for a free informal consultation on; 07957317013.

This is all achieved through conversationally shifting attention from where the person is at and where would they like to be which is the desired goal and the Coaching system has steps which I will walk the person through and discover pros and cons and then realign the path to success and achieve the desired goal so as a Coach I will empower my client to exceed goals in both personal and professionals lives.

What is Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a natural state of the mind when the focus of attention is altered and and the experience is tranformed in the Now which we all experience so many times a day which is called trance because you are awake and day dreaming or repetitive thinking and recycling of certain thoughts.Trained Coach or therapist will induce this hypnotic state to do the change work by means of hypnotic special skills taking the person to that part of the mind then working with positive suggestions in the form of storys ,metaphors or just plain postive language to get the desired results and we can do the same for future goals.

As a successful hypnotherapist and NLP trainer, life coach I my self have experienced low self esteem, low self confidence in the past but after conducting many years of research into Hypnosis and NLP along with neuroscience and cognitive behaviour and successfully over come my own issues, I have developed my own successful life changing strategies to cure anxiety, stress, depression, low self esteem and confidence issues. These issues can form into self- abuse, obsessions and compulsions, disorders, phobias and fears that we are not aware of until they spiral out of control and totally take over their lives.
Anxiety causes depression, stress, insomnia, phobias, and panic attacks. A person suffering from anxiety can develop different types of obsessions and compulsions. Also suffer from post -traumatic stress disorder and physical symptoms such as irritable bowel syndrome, bruxism, (teeth grinding) and the sleeping disorder, insomnia and a person can feel very isolated and alone.
Depression can cause a person to turn to many forms of addictions, such as drug and alcohol abuse, gambling, food addiction causing excessive weight gain, leading to poor anger management.
